On the dual air you have to be carful of the balance between the positive air and negative air. My friend didnt know and it took his fork down to 100mm. The cool thing is you can fully custom set the firmness of the ride with the dual air!
Im sure your shop will give you all the important details.

Oh I ride the cheep alex dm24 which seem to be light and very strong. I also ride the high in alex DH welded joint rim as well but find the dm24 last longer and stays true for a longer time!

I have been using Alex rims for the last 6years and have been very happy!
My shop dude is an awesome wheel builder so he builds the spokes very tight and strong for my big arse! ahhah
I had a rhyno light as a front wheel about 6years ago and it got bent in half when I tried a bar spin off a little drop and landed sideways. The rim was useless after that but I dont blame the rim, it was my careless riding or unskilled riding that did her in!
All in all it was a very strong rim and I would give it a go if you able to get some!

I love it! I have had a roco coil and now I ride 2 airs!
I have also been on fox and the roco surpasses the fox by a long leap. The roco is super plush and never bottoms out! I love it!

I buy nice bikes so I like to keep them around...

I have a Titus racerx we bought in 2002. All the components have been pretty much replaced, the frame is still in great shape. I have an Endorphin that I'll keep for awhile. I just sold my 6pack that I bought in 2005 since I bought the Firebird I just reviewed. The 6pack is dated and the firebird is a worthy replacement. I also have a norco teamti that I converted to a road bike.

I think if you have a good frame, keep it. People sell their bikes before 3 years to still get good value for it, after that its not worth as much as they think its worth. IMO.
